Largopen is an antibiotic drug which its active substance is Amoxicillin Trihydrate. And also it is a penicilin. It fights with a lot of infections such as gonorrhea, middle ear infections, skin infections, upper and lower respiratory system infections, and infections of the genital and urinary system and the others.
Amoxicillin interferes to the cell walls of bacteria that is very important for their vital continuities. These walls avoid entering the undesirable matters from the cells. Amoxicillin leaves unprotected the connections of bacterial cell walls. So it provides possibility to eliminate the bacteria.
Largopen may be stacked with other antibiotics for improving some infections. Also before some surgical and dental treatmants use Largopen. It should be used wiht or without food once every 8 hours 3 times per day.
You must take antibiotics regularly for attaining the results to respond to the treatmant. If you skip a dose you should continue with the next dose. In the course of treatment it can be met with some allergic reactions. These allergic reactions should be taken into consideration because if a person has an allergy against this antibiotic shoulb stop to use, it can cause to deadly consequences.
Most common side effects are: nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, rarely antibiotic-associated colitis, indigestion or an occasional rash, either urticarial, which suggests penicillin hypersensitivity, or erythematous, mental changes, lightheadedness, insomnia, confusion, anxiety, sensitivity to lights and sounds, and unclear thinking.
