Shipping & Returns

We ship all orders within 3-4 days of funds being picked up. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Please allow 3-4 days to process your payment (excluding Sundays).

Delivery times and shipping costs will vary based on the method of shipment you choose.

When you check out, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method. Your shipping charges will be automatically calculated during checkout prior to the completion of your order.

We offer the following shipping method: We have tested several types of shipping procedures, to verify the most successful methods. Regular Airmail has proven to be the most successful, in terms of the highest rates of delivery, within a reasonable shipping time frame. That is our expert opinion. The highest success rate of your package is our highest priority.

It's not irregular for delivery to occur anywhere between 1 and 4 weeks, given Customs Control are involved in international package processing. Customs Control's processing time is not linear, consistent, or predictable. For this reason, we allow for 30 full days of shipping. If no delivery occurs by then, we can review your case.

If you have received a customs letter in the mail, please process the following details very carefully. A step-by-step guide has been provided for your benefit.

  1. Please take EVERY page of your customs letter and write over the full page with:
    1. Your tracking number - found under MY ACCOUNT.
    2. Your package ID or order ID - found under MY ACCOUNT.
  2. Please take the envelope and write your package ID and tracking number across the entire envelope.
  3. Please include a 1 or 2 photos showing the completed format of every page and the envelope. One single photo is preferred.

Please make sure you are using the registered addres see (name registered at that address). Use of anything otherwise, runs the risk of non-delivery or customs detent
